Holy Week/Communion

We approach the climax and crucial time in our faith journeys with Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday.

  • Find time to quiet yourself and reflect on the meaning and power of the cross—forgiveness, call to follow Christ, hope…
  • Take in the power of the resurrection to break the power of sin, offer hope of new life in Christ, opening our own intentional journey of life.
  • Find time for prayer, engaging Scripture—look to and read the Gospel books—at the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, and renew your own commitment to God.
  • Communion on Good Friday: Please have some bread and a cup (or cups for your household) ready for Good Friday and we will share in Holy Communion in unity in the various locations we find ourselves.
  • May you sense God’s presence as you draw close to Him and may you feel the connection of your church community in our special services this weekend.
