We warmly invite you to join us for an evening of remembrance and rejoicing in our All Saints Choral Vespers service. The first in our new series of Vespers services will feature the newly-founded Ars Vesperis (“art of the evening”) chamber choir, chamber orchestra and soloists, offering a variety of classical choral works ranging from the Baroque through the Modern eras.

Interweaving Scripture, prayer, and music, communion will be served, and we will give thanks for the great cloud of witnesses who have gone before us, remembering the promise of Christ’s eternal resurrection. The service will include movements of John Rutter’s Requiem, and Stephen Paulus’ deeply moving Pilgrims’ Hymn—a fitting meditation on the mystery of God’s holiness, His presence and the journey each of us take through this life of faith in Christ.

We will take time to remember and grieve those of our beloved who have departed this life, but rejoice in the hope that they are healed and restored in the warm embrace of our savior Jesus Christ. Come and be still in the beauty of holiness and let your soul find rest in the gospel of grace.
