Celebrate the Advent and Christmas Season with Christ Church.

Most of us live with a firm sense that certain things are “Impossible.” We might say, “This world can’t be fixed,” “I’ll never know God” or “This relationship is broken forever.” What do you fear will never be renewed? Christmas challenges our defeatist attitudes. It reminds us that with the advent of a baby born into a manger, all things will one day be made new; all things are possible. Scriptures teach that one day God will reorder and redeem this world and that all our God-shaped hopes will one day emerge from the shadows of impossibility into the light of eternal joy. Join us this December as we consider all the possibilities Jesus came to bring and the difference that makes in the world.

Special Sermon Series Connections:

Advent Devotionals

Follow how the “Impossible” is gifted, lived and experienced through the lives of a few of our Advent figures. We will merge the sermon series being pulled from the Old Testament into how the New Testament highlights and unwraps the idea of God making all things possible.
