Christmas can be a pretty tough season. For many of us, it is the loudest, busiest, most demanding time of the year. There are so many lists to be checked-off; so many events to attend; so much frenzied fa-la-la-la, that by the time we get through, we need a vacation to recover from our “holiday!” For others of us, Christmas can be a strangely lonely or sad time, filled with a sense of emptiness. Let’s face it: life is never easy, but it can be better than this. It can be even unusually wonderful.
